Incubator Lab is looking for a talented Creative Quality Control to join our thriving team

Role Objective:

You are the final line of defense before ads go live to millions of people. You will ensure every export is technically perfect, brand-compliant, and optimized for the specific platform it's landing on.

What You'll Do:

• Review every video for typos, technical glitches, and audio levels.
• Ensure all ads follow platform-specific safe zones (TikTok UI, etc.).
• Verify that creative briefs were followed exactly by the editing team.
• Manage the final asset library and ensure naming conventions are strictly followed.

Requirements we are looking for:

• Extreme attention to detail (nothing gets past you).
• Technical knowledge of aspect ratios, frame rates, and export settings.
