QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 5 to 7+ years of creative experience, including leadership or senior-level roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and execution excellence
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and campaigns
- Experience working with global or multi-market brands
- Experienced with digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
- Proficiency in creative tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Amenable to working on-site
