• Autonomously ideate high volumes of content across platforms & formats — with minimal guidance when needed
• Create content that drives proven, high-impact consumer connections , measured by strong attention metrics
• Analyze real-time performance and turn insights into smarter, faster content
• Collaborate cross-functionally on rapid-fire requests & tight timelines
• Contribute meaningful ideas in brainstorms, kick-offs & creative strategy conversations
