This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior creative professional who combines strong design expertise with modern AI-assisted workflows , elevating visual communication across the organization.
This position is onsite in Monterrey, Mexico .
Requirements 8+ years of professional experience in design, branding, or creative direction.
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment , modern aesthetics, and high-end execution.
Proven experience integrating Generative AI tools into design workflows (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
Experience working in consulting firms, professional services, or B2B environments is highly preferred.
