What you’ll do
- Decode brands—understand their voice, guidelines, and objectives
- Bring fresh, strategic, brand-friendly ideas to the table
- Lead ideation and brainstorming to craft strong, original event concepts
- Mentor and guide creative teams, setting the bar for thinking and execution
- Visualise experiences end-to-end and translate ideas into compelling decks
- Own, present, and sell concepts confidently
- Lead and actively contribute to new business pitches
