Creative Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Design on‑brand content assets for digital/social posts, email/SMS, direct mail, thought leadership (white paper layouts, webinar slides), and event materials per established templates and guidelines.
• Adapt complex healthcare/product information into clear, accessible layouts; apply WCAG best practices (contrast, typography, alt text) and ensure compliance annotations are present where required.
• Build and maintain reusable templates and component files; manage file hygiene (layers, styles, naming) and version control in DAM/CMS; use enterprise brand templates and graphic layout guides.
• Execute design QA and routing for approvals with brand/compliance/legal; incorporate feedback efficiently and document changes.
• Partner with copywriters and content managers to align visual hierarchy with messaging; deliver assets sized/formatted for paid/organic platforms and marketing automation tools. ...
