Job Summary
We are hiring a Platform Creative Designer to own our platform’s visual ecosystem end-toend. This role combines strong hands-on Photoshop execution with AI-powered creative
workflows to deliver fast, high-quality, scalable platform creatives. This is a design-first role
where AI is used as an accelerator — not a replacement for design fundamentals. The
designer will own most platform visual needs and help reduce day-to-day agency
dependency.
Key Responsibilities
• Design platform creatives including thumbnails, banners, widget icons, and platform
marketing assets
• Convert briefs into effective platform visuals
• Maintain visual consistency across formats and use cases
• Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, and variations
• Refine AI outputs manually using Adobe Photoshop
