CREATIVE 3D DEVELOPER (Immersive Navigable Environments)

General Requirements

• English level: Professional to C1
• +5 years of experience in frontend development with skillset focus on 3D and interactive experiences
• Advanced experience building immersive, navigable and visually rich 3D digital experiences, worlds, environments or products
• Advanced proficiency in React + Three.js / WebGL
• Expert-level experience with animation systems and libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, and 3D animation)
• Advanced/Expert understanding of performance optimization for complex 3D interfaces and real-time rendering
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality immersive 3D experiences, products or navigable worlds (not standard web apps or dashboards)

Key Tools (Required)

• React + Three.js / WebGL
• GSAP / Framer Motion (for 3D-enhanced animations)
