About the Role

Brannon Steel is looking for an experienced overhead Crane Operator to join the team on the afternoon shift at its Brampton manufacturing location. Starting from $ to $ per hour depending on experience PLUS up to $2 per hour in afternoon shift premiums.

Duties

  • Above all else, work safely!
  • Move large steel parts and plate using 5-10 ton overhead cranes with RF remote.
  • Use clamps, magnets, pallet lifters, vacuums, and other below-the-hook attachments.
  • Locate materials by customer, thickness, size, grade, and other characteristics.
  • Load / unload trucks and trailers.
  • Perform all required receiving inspections and apply material ID.
  • Organize equipment, materials, time, and work area for maximum efficiency.
