Craftsmanship Engineer

Job description HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Craftsmanship Engineer to help define and elevate vehicle craftsmanship across product development. In this role, you’ll establish craftsmanship standards aligned with the company’s design DNA, product vision, and user experience goals. You’ll define measurable vehicle-level craftsmanship targets and collaborate cross-functionally to embed craftsmanship requirements throughout the product development lifecycle. This work will span dimensional quality, interface execution, sensory experiences, and overall product refinement to ensure a premium and cohesive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented engineering professional with deep experience driving craftsmanship standards within automotive or transportation product development environments.
