+ Responsibility for customer complain management
+ Monitoring and maintain int. customer complain database (e.g. QSYS, SAP,…)
+ Report quality performance (e.g.: customer score cards, top customer issues, customer escalation, NCTs, NCTPM, PPMs, warranty score, etc.)
+ Monitoring and maintain of ext. customer database for customer quality performance, notifications and/or response of concerns, containment actions, customer alerts, etc.
+ Responsible for customer communication for proper follow-up of customer concerns, negotiations, customer quality audits/visits...
