El CPFR será responsable de la gestión del pronóstico de la demanda a nivel tienda/SKU de las cuentas a su cargo para la correcta dispersión del inventario con el objetivo de maximizar las ventas evitando los Faltantes, en colaboración principalmente con el cliente y el Account Manager. Una de sus responsabilidades principales será el sugerido de compra por SKU/tienda, la dispersión del inventario SKU-tienda y el consolidado de la cuenta por modelo.
