Cartel Inc. is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Associate to join a leading insurance litigation group in Toronto. This role involves managing all aspects of litigation, including advising clients, conducting examinations for discovery, mediations, and trial work.

Key Responsibilities
Handle insurance coverage and litigation files from start to finish.

Advise clients on specialty insurance lines, professional negligence claims, and liability matters.

Represent clients in court, mediations, and pre-trials.

Mentor junior lawyers and maintain strong client relationships.

Engage in professional development and industry events.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Ontario (member in good standing).
