Cover Supervisor

Colton Hills Community School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our excellent team.

We are committed to ensuring the safeguarding of all staff and students; successful candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS checks and online/social media checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lessons for absent teachers as required.
• Facilitate and encourage learning to help all students achieve their potential.
• Work with colleagues to support high standards of behaviour and attainment.
• Implement school policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience working with or caring for secondary‑school‑aged children is essential.
• Excellent numeracy, literacy and ICT skills.
• Good communication skills; calm and respectful manner.
• Reliable, trustworthy, able to work within the school's policies and procedures.
