Empowering Learning are currently seeking an experienced Cover and Administration Assistant on behalf of a busy and well-established school based in Lambeth.

This is a full-time position starting in September, initially for the Autumn Term, with the potential for extension.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role within the school office, with primary responsibility for organising staff cover on both a daily and longer-term basis. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to changing staffing requirements.

In addition to cover management, the role will include a range of administrative duties supporting the smooth running of the school.
