About the Role
- Pick up and deliver : Collect packages from the sender and deliver them to the recipient
- Coordinate with dispatch : Work with dispatch to get to the right locations and track orders
- Provide customer service : Answer questions, handle complaints, and provide a good customer experience
- Ensure safety : Follow transportation requirements and safety regulations, especially for perishable or high-value items
- Accept payment : Collect payments for delivered items and remit them to the company
- Fill out paperwork : Complete delivery reports and other paperwork
- Operate the vehicle : Drive a delivery vehicle, such as a car or truck, and maintain it
- Valid Driver's License: A current and clean driving license is essential for the job.
