Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & P&L Management: Set up, manage, and scale all Polish operations, assuming full P&L responsibility. Drive the strategic direction for company's in Poland in alignment with group strategy.
Business Growth & Portfolio Management: Aggressively grow the lending portfolio (focused on SME/microbusiness loans) while maintaining a strict focus on credit risk management.
