We are searching for an ambitious and inspiring Country Manager to lead Neuhaus' expansion in the UK market. As the Country Manager, you’ll be responsible for all UK operations, staff management, and driving business growth. Your mission: make Neuhaus the leading name in premium chocolate across the UK.
Lead daily operations of the Neuhaus UK market.
Drive the development of new retail locations, franchise opportunities, and wholesale partnerships, expanding Neuhaus’ footprint in premium department stores, gourmet retailers, and other key locations.
Manage our existing network of 7 high-end retail locations (5 in London, 2 outside London).
Build awareness for the Neuhaus brand through creative local initiatives and strategic collaborations.
Manage daily operations across multiple channels: Neuhaus boutiques, wholesale and business clients.
