As Country Manager, you will lead our clients operations, growth, and performance across Ukraine. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic commercial management with hands-on operational delivery. You will own the country P&L, drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional customer experience, and lead a diverse team to deliver our clients ambition: to make hybrid working accessible everywhere.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership
Own and deliver the country’s financial performance, including revenue and profit targets.

Develop and execute strategic growth plans across all our clients brands and channels.

Forge new partnerships to accelerate network expansion. 
Operational Excellence
Ensure centres operate efficiently, with high occupancy and outstanding customer service. 

Champion innovative workplace design and operational innovation.
