About the Role
Responsibilities:
Being the general representative of the company in Egypt and in charge of the coordination of contacts with the local authorities. Develop and implement the country-specific business strategy aligned with global goals, identify market opportunities and risks, drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and partnerships, and assure profitable and sustainable business development. Prepare budgets and forecasts, manage the country’s P&L (profit and loss), ensure cost control and financial reporting, and assure coordination with the central departments. Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners, maintain company culture and ensure team alignment, oversee performance reviews and employee development, and be responsible of the associates of the legal entity.
