Country Manager – Brazil CTdoAgro is recruiting a Country Manager Brazil for Maxunitech Inc. , a global technology-driven company specializing in R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization of agrochemical products, aquatic ecological restoration, and environmental engineering. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and grow profitable market share for Maxunitech products in Brazil through strategic sales and customer development. Develop and implement the country commercial and operational plan, including sales forecasts and KPIs. Oversee local operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with global standards. Negotiate strategic accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to build the strategic plan and tactical actions.
