Country Manager (Australia & New Zealand)

The Country Manager in Australia and New Zealand is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving the strategic expansion of our hotel brands through development initiatives and deal signings with hotel owners. Reporting to President Growth ASPAC (Direct) and Group President ASPAC (Dotted), this position is dedicated to facilitating Hyatt’s growth, with 70% of responsibilities centered on development activities, while the remaining 30% will involve managing owner relations and addressing their needs effectively.

Achieve and exceed the annual NRG (Net-Room-Growth) target.
