Country Head-Malaysia

Country Head – Malaysia will act as the principal representative of Roto Pumps Group in Malaysia. The role carries full responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L), business strategy, team leadership, and overall operational management of the country business.

Candidate Background

• Techno-commercial professional from the Pump Industry
• Strong hands-on experience in sales and marketing of Positive Dis Pumps, preferably Progressive Cavity / Eccentric Screw Pumps
• Exposure to related industrial products such as mechanical seals, valves, gearboxes, etc.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia and SEA markets with proven business development experience

Expected Experience & Competencies

• 20–25 years of experience in sales & marketing
• Minimum 8–10 years in a Country Head role with P&L responsibility
• Experience managing teams of 5–6 members directly
