Country Director - Norway

Overview

Our client, an established, yet still very much growing iGaming operator, are looking to enter the Norwegian market, and are therefore looking for a senior candidate to take ownership of the P/L for this region. This includes marketing strategy, market operations, and beyond!

Responsibilities

• Own the Norwegian P&L, including revenue, marketing spend, bonuses, payment costs and operational expenses
• Continuously optimise ROI, LTV, CAC and contribution margin
• Set and manage budgets, forecasts and growth targets
• Own all acquisition channels for Norway, with a strong focus on affiliate partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key Norwegian affiliates
• Ensure full market coverage across all major traffic sources
• Identify new commercial opportunities, negotiate deals and improve existing agreements
