Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel students (and/or parents) regarding course offerings, exam preparation
strategies, and academic goals.
* Understand students’ learning needs and recommend suitable courses for JEE/NEET
preparation.
* Follow up with leads through calls, Whats App, or email to ensure high conversion
and satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance user experience and
retention.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in JEE/NEET
domain.
* Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
* Ability to handle student queries effectively and empathetically.
* Familiarity with online education tools/platforms.
