What You’ll Do:
• Assist in counselling students and parents regarding PW programs (JEE/NEET/Foundation, etc.)
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify and nurture leads
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM
• Support the team in achieving daily and weekly enrollment targets
