Collyer Law LLC is seeking a senior lawyer (with at least 8-10 years of PQE) to join its Practice Area of Technology Transactions, Regulatory, and Advisory. The firm is an award-winning boutique Singapore law practice poised for further growth.

Specific responsibilities include:

Providing legal support to existing clients in Technology Transactions, Regulatory, and Advisory. Responsibilities encompass drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of technology-related agreements, such as software licensing, SAAS/PAAS, website terms of use, privacy policies, franchising, distribution, reseller, procurement, and outsourcing agreements. The role also involves advising on general TMT matters like data protection and intellectual property, and assisting on corporate transactions and general corporate advisory work.
