About the Role
**Description**
The Survivability Assurance Office requires an experienced engineer familiar with Space systems acquisitions to provide direct support for a major program Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) in Chantilly, VA. Technical depth and experience, especially with NRO contracts and processes, is required in a variety of fields for acquisitions. Provide primary support, as required, to the program COTR.
Job Duties:
+ Analyze performance, cost and schedule metrics -- review for accuracy, reasonableness and achievability.
+ Assist the COTR in identifying, tracking, evaluating and mitigating program technical, financial and schedule risks - participate in the contractor risk management process.
+ Establish and/or maintain processes to track and report progress on the accomplishment of all contract actions.
