Costing Engineer

Key Responsibilities Cost Estimation & Analysis Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, materials, labor, and equipment. Conduct feasibility studies and financial evaluations of engineering designs. Budgeting & Forecasting Develop project budgets and track actual costs against forecasts. Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions. Project Support Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to align costs with technical requirements. Perform quantity surveys and review construction/production documents. Reporting & Documentation Generate cost reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Risk & Compliance Assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. Support audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
