With a strong pipeline ahead in the region, BESIX Watpac is seeking a Cost Planner / Estimator to join our Qld, NT & NZ Estimating team, preparing and compiling tenders and cost plans for project tenders and delivery.
This role will be responsible for:
Compiling and preparing tenders and cost plans based on various forms of delivery and contracts.Assisting with negotiating tenders, contract terms, and conditions to ensure favourable outcomes and compliance with project requirements.Assisting project teams to prepare detailed cost plans for head contract variations and similar claims and assisting with agreement of subcontractor and consultant variations.Identifying risks associated with head contract tender documents.Reviewing tender documents and correctly allocate the appropriate trade packages for pricing.Preparing building quantities in a format that reflects industry practices and...
