Cost Manager - Data Centers

Turner & Townsend are engaged to support our clients with many complex projects, responsible for all aspects of cost management and project delivery and we are seeking Quantity Surveyors / Cost Managers to act as the day-to-day interface with our clients driving projects to achieve an excellent outcome.

We are looking for Cost Manager /QS with either CSA and/or MEP Cost Management experience, that may have worked on major construction projects or in the Data Centers sectors.

Key Elements:

• Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
• Ability to estimate at conceptual, programming and detailed level.
• Assist on feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.
