About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead project initiation by analyzing plans, specification, and briefs to define scope, risks, and requirements.
- Bid Preparation: Preparing detailed technical and financial bid documents, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ), in accordance with tender specifications and Terms of Reference.
- Evaluation & Analysis: Reviewing the accuracy of bid quantities, evaluating subcontractor/supplier bids, and conducting unit rate assessments.
- Market Analysis: Utilizing knowledge of current market prices and the Construction Price Index to ensure competitive bids.
- Pre-bid Management: Conducting pre-bid meetings, issuing bid bulletins, and managing tender invitations.
- Compliance Check: Ensuring all proposals adhere to technical specifications and project requirements.
