Cost Estimator Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Lead project initiation by analyzing plans, specification, and briefs to define scope, risks, and requirements.
• Prepare, review, and finalize technical bid documents, BOQs, BOMs, quotes, and tender documentation with quality control.
• Perform overall monitoring of quality and costs of the project.
• Identify potential project risks and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain metrics related to estimate accuracy and project profitability
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or any related program
• Strong understanding of fabrication and construction methods
• Proficiency in estimating software and cost analysis tools
• Able to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings and blueprints
