About the Role
We are currently looking for a Cost Engineering Officer to work for a Construction firm with office in Quezon City.
Work Setup: Onsite, Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
- Provide reports on costing and estimates based on actual accomplishments of projects.
- Gather and analyze data to estimate the cost of materials and labor required to complete the project.
- Identifies labor, material and time requirement for the projects.
- Monitors estimate versus actual cost and audit.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year Engineering, Architecture and other related courses.
- With relevant experience preferably from a Construction industry.
- Willing to work onsite, Monday to Saturday within Quezon City.
- Flexible, can work with minimum supervision under pressure.
