About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a Monthly Budgetary Cost for the Project
- Monitor Overall Project Cost
- Evaluate and process all Progress Billing of Contractors and Suppliers
- Evaluate Proposal and make a recommendation of Contractor's Change Order to their Contract
- Evaluate and make recommendation of all Claims of the Contractor that will affect their Contract
- Evaluate and make a recommendation of the most qualified Bidder in Biddings
- Estimate and quantify Owner Supplier materials that need to be purchased for the Project
Qualification:
- At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience in cost engineering, commercial management, or project controls within the construction or infrastructure industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Economics
