About the Role

 
  Job Description 
 Prepare budget 1 for new projects including special projects based on Design’s conceptual/schematic plan for management approval (EDD Prelims, Building Construction & EDD Fit-Outs)
 Accept and review budget proposals in terms of scope, specifications, scope of project and cost submitted by other groups
 Liaise with Suppliers/Contractors for specific materials/items based on the estimated listed items on the budget
 Ensure ‘budget 2’ created by CM’s is within approved ‘budget 1’; If not, ensures cost variations are justifiable and propose options for value engineering (with the other groups)
 
  Requirement 
 Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
 Preferably Licensed Engineer
 At least 1-2 years of experience in estimating, costing, bidding and quantity surveying related to Electrical and Auxiliary works
