1. Quantity Surveying
- Prepare, analyze, and update cost estimates for projects
- Conduct detailed take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications
- Provide cost reports and financial forecasts to assist project management in decision-making
2. Project Supply Cross-Checking
- Review and validate material procurement requests and delivery schedules
- Ensure alignment of supply chain costs with project budgets
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and specifications
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and site teams to track and manage supply usage
3. Project Audits
- Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance with budgets and financial plans
- Review project expenditures to identify variances or anomalies
Qualifications
- Bs Civil Engineering
- at least 1 year experienced as Cost Engineer
