Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cost estimates and budgets for engineering projects.
- Analyze project performance and provide reports on cost tracking and forecasts.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and strategies for efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed cost analysis to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, license required.
- 3 to 5 years working experience in Construction and Site Management
- Proficiency in Engineering Software STAAD, RCDC, ETABS, AutoCAD and Planswift.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- With driver's license is an advantage.
