About the Role
- Handles review, checking and revision of in-house cost estimates initially prepared by Project/Area Engineers
- Ensures accuracy in estimation of all materials, labor and other costs
- Updates in-house cost unit rates by area (VisMin) based on market
- Updates contract rates for third party contractors
- Recommends revised in-house cost estimates to the Engineering Head for approval
- Maintains records of estimated and actual costs
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
- Preferably with 2 years related work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can drive 4-wheels (Manual & Automatic)
- Can start immediately
