Job Description
Budget Management:
- Prepare, monitor, and update Business Enablers departments budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure alignment between Business Enablers spending and overall corporate financial objectives.
Cost Analysis & Reporting: - Track and analyze Business Enablers expenses
- Initiate and agree Business Enablers expenses back charges/invoicing to subsidiaries and projects
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual cost/revenue reports with variance analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose corrective actions.
Project Cost Control: - Monitor Business Enablers project budgets, ensuring timely and accurate cost allocation.
