About the Role

 
  Job Description 
 The Role:
 The role will involve both modification and installation of a building structure, modification and installation of pharmaceutical process equipment, commissioning of the facility and handover to operations/manufacturing of pharmaceutical product. The project is currently progressing though study stage gates with design. Cost management within building and process engineering is essential. 

 Responsibilities Include:
 Provide strong focus on cost trending and forecasting
 Establish and monitor project baseline budgets & cost accounts
 Monitor and report on cost actuals vs budget
 Produce regular cost reports and at time present to the stakeholders
 Maintain risk registers to include change impacts
 Liaison with financial team concerning financial data required for the project
