About the Role

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, we are seeking a cost control supervisor to work with a dedicated team and ensure the hotel profit gained.

  • Understand and audit the operating procedures.

  • Conduct regular cost accounting and variance analysis.

  • Oversee the procurement, storage and usage of hotel supplies and raw materials.

  • Assist the cost controller with on-site inspectations and compilation of analytical reports. 

    • General requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the hotels of equivalent scale

  • Collgege degree or above

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
