Cost Control Manager

FUNCTIONS

MISSION:Supervise and coordinate cost planning staff and day to day operations, supporting implementation and guiding the delivery of cost planning procedures and processes to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives. Drive successful financial outcomes to minimise costs and maximise project margin above Strike and Target positions whilst maintaining Quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:•Transparent, accurate and timely reporting including Cost to Date, Forecasts, Earned Value and review and Manage R&O position.•Prepare and present Monthly Cost Report to stakeholders. •Prepare budget variance explanations and drive actions to mitigate Risks and maximise Opportunities ensuring that these are accurately assessed and flow into Financial Reporting to support management decisions.
