The CSR Specialist has a critical role in the operational success of TransPerfect’s Compliance & Privacy Programs ensuring management and delivery of tasks and deadlines required by regulatory, statutory or other requirements, as well as managing programs as assigned by the Compliance & Privacy Officer, DPO.

The CSR Specialist leads efforts architecting & stewarding of enterprise CSR strategy , structure and processes under guidance of the Global Compliance and Privacy Officer.

The CSR Specialist is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the CSR programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable rules and regulations.
