About the Role

What you'll be doing?
Create and maintain a client portfolio while offering assistance with corporate secretarial and administrative tasks.
Organise daily activities, such as the incorporation, liquidation, and re-domiciliation of entities, and make sure they are carried out smoothly.
Create and examine legal documents like powers of attorney, shareholder agreements, and board decisions.

What's your skills?
Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent in experience. 
Around 2 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary in Luxembourg.
