Key Responsibilities: Generate new business by Cold calling / follow-up of leads/referrals from business sources and clients Providing necessary information and advice to customers using our products or services Achieving sales targets monthly. Communicating courteously and professional with customers through telephone, email, letter and face-to-face Keeping accurate records of discussions and correspondence with customers Analyzing statistics or other data to determine customer satisfaction with the our product and services. Providing written information as requested to customers, often involving the use of computer packages/software. Learning about Karooooo Kenya products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
