As a Corporate Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in strengthening our regulatory compliance, enhancing our safety culture, and reinforcing Shell Brasil’s societal license to operate. You will work across a diverse network of internal teams, ensuring that our corporate activities meet both Brazilian regulatory requirements and global Shell standards, and drive continuous improvement aligned with industry‑leading practices.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance & Governance – Ensure compliance with Brazilian safety regulations (NRs), labor requirements, and eSocial SST; support statutory programs such as CIPA (NR‑5), SESMT (NR‑4), PGR/PPRA, and PPP; maintain readiness for audits and inspections; support internal HSSE assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
