Directs the development and implementation of Cummins Corporate Responsibility strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as an internal resource to leadership for Corporate Responsibility issues. Facilitates meetings with executives to develop Cummins Corporate Responsibility strategy; develops and directs projects to implement the strategy; works with business units and functions to develop appropriate internal and external projects and long-term employee involvement plans. Partners with business leaders to identify short and long-term projects to be undertaken to implement the Corporate Responsibility strategy; directs needs analysis in collaboration with business leaders to determine project timelines; oversees analysis, project identification, design, budget, communication, and integration; approves business workflow and project design; ensures leadership sponsorship of projects and activities; ensures appropriate staffing qualificatio...
