Corporate Partner (US BAR Required)

NAGY is supporting a client in a search for a Corporate Partner to join and help strengthen a growing cross-border practice.

We are looking for a lawyer with strong US Corporate experience and a business-oriented mindset, capable of contributing both technically and commercially in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategic & Business Leadership

• Execute the Corporate practice growth strategy
• Actively originate and expand client relationships
• Business development initiatives
• Position the firm in complex cross-border matters

2) Technical Excellence

• Lead sophisticated Corporate/M&A and cross-border transactions
• Advise clients on US corporate law matters
• Structure international operations (especially US-Brazil flows)
• Ensure high technical quality and client satisfaction
