About the Role

The Position:


  • Ensuring the preparation of event & meeting spaces, including AV and furniture setup and pack down to meet client’s expectations.

  • Ensure meeting rooms are reset and stocked and resolve any equipment issues promptly.

  • Greeting guests, cleaning event and meeting spaces and clearing tables.

  • Working closely with the commercial catering team to coordinator menu requests.

  • Support the catering team in general operational tasks, as required.

  • Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for guests using client facing workspaces and attending internal events, acting as the face of our clients brand.

  • Proactive and predictive service delivery and excellence

  • Maintain the event and meeting spaces on assigned commercial site/floors as the corporate showcase to all visitors
